SUNDAY GROUP TRAINING

Sunday's are for football!

Join our entire QB and WR staff for a full day of intense football training. We operate our Sunday sessions like a collegiate style football practice. We offer one of the biggest/most efficient football training programs in the midwest. We DO NOT operate like a typical "two-day exposure camp." Instead, we work with our athletes each and every week, as we know there is no such thing as a quick fix in anything you do in life.

We offer training five days a week

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

You can't make it on Sunday's? No problem. We operate 5 days a week all year round for our QB training program.
There are multiple small group sessions per week available on our schedule as we understand athletes may have to juggle with other sports as well. Our small group training sessions offers an intimate training experience with less than 8 athletes per session and multiple coaches on-hand.

WIDE RECEIVERS

WR WORK WITH KOFI HUGHES

Kofi Hughes played 4 years of Big Ten football at Indiana University where he was a two-time starting captain. He ranks eighth in yardage and tenth in receptions all-time at IU. Kofi spent time in the NFL with the Texans, Redskins, and Bears at wide receiver.

Post NFL, Kofi moved to Naperville, IL to build a sports performance company called fit speed, with NFL WR Brandon Marshall. After 4 years, Kofi left fit speed to build his own sports performance & personal training company, Kofi Hughes training. He is responsible for the athletic development and mentorship of over 50 athletes who have since earned Division 1 scholarships.

He now joins us as our Head WR coach every Sunday and puts our guys through intense collegiate style WR workouts.
